We are trying to integrate the creation of a Supplier in SIPM (upstream) through Webservice using PI to ECC. We have Upstream (Sourcing, Contract Mgt, SIPM) and Downstream (P2O) including Ariba Network in our Ariba cloud Realm. Is the suggested work around possible or not? Is the process they have in mind possible at all? Would it for instance be possible to register to ASN in order to have the ANID and then continue with their suggested proces as work around? But for what I understand is that in this optis their ANID is not enabled for anything. Is this process possible? As I see in the document that there are several customizing steps regarding the ANID and connection to ASN. And PI delivers it directly to the recipient instead of posting it to the ASN. So the process they imagine is create the invoice in ECC (CC invoice using the cxml format provided by the integration). They would like to use the cxml files as described in the Administrator's Guide for Buyer Integration of SAP ERP ( ). What they would like to set up in SAP ECC is the self billing process. My client currently has no connection to ASN, nor do they have an ANID at the moment. However I have a specific question from a client for which I can not find a specific answer.
As I'm quite new to Ariba, I'm searching for a lot of answers.
